CASSANDRA CHOW
My name is Cassandra (she/her) and I am attending the University of Toronto in the BKin program as a second year student. I started the Boxes of Hope Youth Foundation to give youth like myself the platform to pursue their interests in healthcare & give back to others, while actively connecting and engaging with likeminded people to make an impact locally as well as on a larger scale. I am also on the U of T varsity figure skating team and love to bake in my spare time. I can't wait to continue spreading awareness for our initiative, further our impact, and grow our Boxes of Hope Youth Foundation family.

Primarily, I handle the logistical aspects of events (time, date, location, material), manage emails outside of Boxes of Hope, and communicate with school directors. Boxes of Hope performed a crucial role in what I advocate for as a student nurse and have urged me to share the goal of providing hope to children with complex medical needs with the amazing people in the Boxes of Hope team.
